• Step 1

    Using the Anchor bolts provided attach the 2 Gallows to the wall on either side of the door frame, making sure to measure an even distance between them (please check the measurement on the front truss to keep consistant)

  • Step 2

    slowly fasten the bolts making sure the gallows are perfectly straight and the distance between the top and bottom are the same.

  • Step 3

    Using the 30mm oak peg provided, hammer it in, cutting the excess away at approximately 20-30mm for easthetical purposes

  • step 4

    Balance the eave on top of the gallows and using your other hand position the brace in the mortise joint (This will be a loose fit to allow for expansion)

  • Step 5

    look into the hole and line up the tenon, hammer the 20mm peg through to the other side, cutting off any excess (resort to step 3)

  • Step 6

    Timber lock both rafters against the wall at the same time leaving enough gap in the middle for the ridge

  • Step 7

    Balance the front truss using the guide lines provided and drill the timber-lock screws in to secure.

  • Step 8

    Using the gaps at the top, secure the ridge in using nails

  • Final Step

    Timber lock all remaining rafters in and peg all remaining holes. Congratulations your all Finished
